We provide extensive services when it comes to care for the loved ones.
This care is delivered to you in the comfort of your own home. Most people that receive this level of care have been assessed as needing a certain level of support on a day to day basis; this will help the person needing the support to complete personal care tasks.
You may only need this level of care for a short period of time, while you recover from an operation or recent hospital admission. There is never a stigma about receiving care, after all it’s a need not a luxury.
Once you are back on your feet and can do most things for yourself again the care can be reduced or stopped if needed.
What does this care entail?
Wherever possible, and where it is safe to do so, we will always encourage and promote
independence and choice to all of our service users.
Our team will always respect those we support, offering a person-centred care plan, and taking into account their personal lifestyle, choices, and wishes.
We always have the dignity of our service users in mind when delivering care, ensuring that we take a warm and respectful approach to all personal home care routines.
We care about the wellbeing of your loved ones.

Dealing with a terminal illness is one of the most difficult challenges that life can throw at you.
We are committed to helping you and your loved one during this difficult time, by offering a professional and empathetic end of life care service.
Our palliative team will make sure that your loved one is kept comfortable in their last days of life, which will lessen the stress and strain on you and the family who are still coming to terms during this difficult time.
This will enable your loved one to return home from hospital and remain at home, in familiar surroundings, with their loved ones by their side.
The team will work very closely with the community nursing teams to ensure that every need is met from:
Whilst living on your own has lots of benefits, at times it can make you feel lonely and
sometimes quite isolated. Seeing a friendly face can lift your spirits, break up the day or week and give you something to look forward to.
Whether you’d like some companionship or to have someone to share a cup of tea with in the afternoon, you can arrange a social call as little or often as you want.
During social support visits we can carry out an array of tasks such as:
If at any time while we are caring for you are admitted into hospital for a day or even a couple of weeks, we will keep your package of care open, so it can be restarted when you return home.
As we know that closing a package of care can be distressing for you and your family, and could cause unnecessary delays in you being discharged from hospital without one. By keeping your package of care open we are able to ensure that your care continues without any disruption with familiar staff, which will in turn provide you with great continuity and peace of mind especially when returning from hospital.
We will always work very closely with you and your family, while keeping in close contact with the hospital, to ensure that your package of care is restarted with great planning to make it a smooth return home.
Our live in care service provides you with the support you require throughout the day in your own home. You will have your own dedicated member of staff who will support you on a one to one basis, they will stay at the address, and will take care of you and your home by keeping it tidy and completing all the light domestic duties that may be required on a day to day basis.
This level of support is becoming more and more popular as it gives you a level of support that is not achievable in other care settings.
A wide range of people receive live in care, from those who have become elderly and frail, have physical disabilities, terminal illness, or complex care needs, mental health support needs or learning disabilities.
The live in care service provides not only the support required but also friendship,
companionship and peace of mind for families.
We work alongside other health and social care professionals, you or your loved one may need, such as district nurses, social services, and the NHS.
